The Anthony Family
We got involved in the Charolais breed in 1999. Frankie was on the hunt for a new bull and bought an entire herd at auction. Since then we have maintained a solid herd in Hardinsburg, KY.
Frankie is currently serving his second term as the AICA Area Director for District 11.
The Central KY Classic
13 years ago we started hosting a cattle sale of our own. It is headquartered in Bowling Green, KY. We chose to do this as a way to meet breeders and showcase quality cattle East of the Mississippi.
This is more than just a cattle sale, it is an event filled with food, fellowship, and great cattle. We have made so many friends over the years. Seeing old friends and making new ones is what makes this event so special.
This Year's Sale
This year we have the pleasure of bringing you 117 live lots from 40 Charolais breeders. These breeders represent 10 states. When you look at the catalog you will see some familiar names. We would like to thank our repeat consignors. We also have several new breeders, so be sure to welcome them when you join us in Bowling Green on April 26th and 27th.

The Dinner/Social
Every year on the night before the sale we host a dinner and social. During this time breeders can preview the cattle, chat with old friends, and get to know new breeders. We always have a fantastic turnout!
If you are free on Friday, April 26th at 6:00 pm CST come and join us for some fantastic food, fellowship, and Charolais cattle. We have never seen anything like it. Last year we fed almost 200 people! If you only go to one sale a year, this is the sale for you! More Cattle! More Breeders! Better Quality!
The Sale
Due to Easter, we bumped the sale back a week this year. The sale will be held on April 27, 2019. It will start at 12:00 pm CST. A packet of supplement information will be available by 10:30 am the day of the sale.
This year there are 40 breeders bringing cattle from 10 states including: Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio.
The quality in this year's sale speaks for itself. We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon and hope for a fun and successful sale!
